This event will take place at 6:00 PM on March 9th in the Community Conference Room, located downstairs at the Joseph H. Memorial Library, 17 Constitutional Way, Rochester. Sign-in for the election will commence at 5:30 PM. Voting is restricted to registered Democrats from Rochester.
